The Oversight Board considered and approved Resolution No. OB 01-09-13-A, concerning the Due Diligence Report of the dissolved Sonora Redevelopment Agency for All Other (Non-Housing) Funds, in compliance with AB 1484. Additionally, Debi Russell-Bautista, Tuolumne County Auditor-Controller, presented information regarding the distribution of Low and Moderate Income Housing Funds to taxing entities, explaining the reduction in net allocation for the City, County, and Tuolumne Utilities District due to ERAF funding deductions mandated by the State.
