City Council Regular Business Meeting
The City Council conducted a regular business meeting covering several key items, including bid awards for the Water Treatment Plant filter building piping replacement and a change order for the West End Reservoir Project. The Council approved an annexation agreement with 22500 NOL, LLC and accepted a donation for a maintenance shed at Poly Vista Park. Additionally, final plat approval for the Clearwater Estates Subdivision was granted. The Council passed resolutions for storm sewer project reimbursement and the issuance of Water System Revenue Bonds, along with ordinances amending noise regulations and expanding Ward IV boundaries. Public hearings were held for the FY2026-2027 Annual Action Plan, CDBG and HOME funding allocations, and the proposed disposal of the Babcock Theater, which was subsequently approved.
