The board discussed and took action on several administrative and financial items, including the approval of a loan from Kansas State Bank and the Elementary Assistant Principal job description. Other actions included the ratification of warrants, approval of gifts and donations, the FY25 revised expenditure budget, and an RFP for financial auditing services. The board also addressed the AZ Risk Retention Trust renewal, preschool tuition rates, and an intergovernmental agreement with the Globe Unified School District. Personnel-related items included the approval of various contracts for the upcoming fiscal year, summer workers, and the handling of resignations. Additionally, an executive session was held for the purpose of evaluating the superintendent and the board itself.
