A public hearing regarding a proposed Lease Agreement between Southern Wells School Building Corporation and Southern Wells Community Schools will be held. The lease is for a term of twenty years, with interim lease rental payments and a maximum annual rental. The lease gives the School Corporation an option to purchase the property on any rental payment date. The facilities to be constructed and renovated will consist of the real estate for a multi-purpose activity center and the Raider Dome. The public is invited to provide input on the necessity of the lease and the fairness of the rental.
