A public hearing regarding a proposed Lease Agreement between Southern Wells School Building Corporation and Southern Wells Community Schools will be held. The lease gives the School Corporation an option to purchase the property on any rental payment date. The facilities to be constructed and renovated will consist of the real estate for a multi-purpose activity center and the Raider Dome.
