The resolution approves and adopts the Land Use Ordinances Administrative Manual, authorizing its implementation under the direction of the Community Development Director. The manual provides guidance to Land Use Authorities, County Staff, and Applicants in the administration and decision-making required by the Land Use Ordinances of Uintah County. It establishes procedures for processing and reviewing all Land Use Applications and serves as a user's guide to the County's Land Use Ordinances.
