The Commission discussed and approved several items, including a donation to the Beaver High School Speech and Debate Team to support their attendance at a national competition. Other actions included the cancellation of a real estate purchase contract and the subsequent release of an earnest money deposit, the ratification of a noxious weeds grant for seasonal labor and chemicals, and the approval of a location agreement for a film production company documenting rodeo life. Additionally, the commission authorized an acceptance letter regarding delinquent property taxes from Milford Mining, approved adjustments to the Puffer Lake Conservation Easement related to gravel crushing activities, and held a recognition ceremony for the Daughters of Utah Pioneers.

The board held a public hearing for the Community Development Block Grant program to address the project awarded for the grant year.
