Gloucester County Special Services Vocational-Technical School District Goals 2019-2020
This document outlines the Superintendent/District Goals for the 2019-2020 academic year, focusing on key strategic areas. These include maintaining and enhancing current programs, implementing the updated Long Range Facilities Plan in partnership with the County of Gloucester, improving student performance on the New Jersey Student Learning Assessments (NJSLA) in English Language Arts and Mathematics, introducing and monitoring the effectiveness of substitute outsourcing, and preparing an application for the proposed Academy of Applied Technology and Advanced Manufacturing. Additional goals involve supporting administrative transitions and reorganization at Bankbridge Schools, Migrant Education, McKinney-Vento programs, and the Center for Regional Educational Support Services, as well as maintaining strict fiscal oversight and seeking opportunities to reduce operating costs through attrition and shared services.
