A Statement of Rights and a Memorandum of Understanding for Emergency Evacuation were also approved. Finally, several policies underwent first and second readings, including Policy 321 (Political Activities), which involved significant discussion and amendments before final approval.

The Athletic Committee reviewed fall sports, noting improved student-athlete academic standing and behavior. Winter sports schedules and participation numbers were discussed, along with updates on the 'Restore the Roar' campaign and basketball tournament. The committee addressed track surface repair options, including a temporary spray coating or a complete replacement. A leadership program for student-athletes was also reviewed, along with fall revenue updates and student-athlete college signings.
