Town Of Parma Planning Board Planning Board Meeting Minutes
The board discussed multiple site plans. Final approvals were granted for the commercial site plan at 5091 & 5095 West Ridge Rd, including property merger and subdivision, as well as a single lot site plan at 43 Bailey Rd. Approval was given for the McMann subdivision at 5408 & 5412 West Ridge Rd, contingent on adjusting the property line. A conceptual plan for a 28-lot multi-lot residential subdivision at 216 Collamer Rd was presented; the board agreed to initiate a coordinated review process for SEQR, with the Planning Board acting as lead agency. Additionally, a commercial site plan for 208 Collamer Rd was tabled to allow time for the building department and Town Attorney to review the validity of a prior use variance and verify compliance with town code.
