The relationship between municipalities and the process, the RA-USB zoning district, and the consistency of allowing major subdivisions in the RA zoning district with preserving agricultural areas were also addressed. There was a presentation on the Small-Town Model and the Rural Transition Overlay.
The meeting involved group table collaboration on goals, recommendations, and actions, with each group designating a representative to submit a synopsis.
