The Melrose Public Schools 2023-2026 Strategic Plan aims to create a thriving learning environment where every student excels academically and as a global citizen. The plan's core values emphasize student learning, high-quality teaching, rigorous curriculum, integrity, collaboration, respect for diversity, strong family-school partnerships, and community engagement. Five key objectives are outlined: promoting academic knowledge and skills through high-quality curriculum and instruction; ensuring personalized and equitable opportunities for all students to define success, celebrate differences, and build connections; promoting global engagement through critical thinking and civic action; nurturing a professional culture of reflective practice and high expectations for staff; and implementing fiscally responsible measures for sustainable growth across all district areas.
