This Comprehensive Plan Update for the City of Beaver Dam represents the culmination of extensive community engagement, staff efforts, and commission review. The plan, adopted on June 2, 2025, incorporates updated data, addresses current issues, identifies new opportunities, and integrates key elements from the community-driven Hometown Plan. It is structured into 10 chapters, covering critical topics such as Issues and Opportunities, Housing and Neighborhood Development, Transportation, Community Facilities, Agriculture and Natural Resources, Economic Development, Land Use, Intergovernmental Collaboration, and Implementation. The plan aims to provide a strategic roadmap for the city looking towards 2045.
