This Instructional Management Plan outlines the Perry County School District's program for intellectually gifted students in grades 2 through 6. The plan aims to provide a qualitatively differentiated curriculum that fosters a love for lifelong learning and helps students develop their intellectual potential, social interest, and sense of belonging. Key outcomes are centered on enhancing thinking process skills, creativity, information literacy, success skills, affective (social and emotional) skills, and communication skills, preparing students to be career or college ready.
