The council reconvened from an executive session to deliberate and vote on the State Employee Relations Board fact-finder's report and recommendation regarding the labor agreement with the Willowick Firefighters I.A.F.F. Local 5576. The council subsequently voted to reject the recommendation before moving to adjourn the meeting.
