The Council discussed the status of the pickleball project and authorized the solicitation of proposals and qualifications for the initiative. The Council expressed support for moving forward with the Safe Streets for All Grant. Financial approvals were granted for two pay applications regarding the Water Treatment Plant project. Additionally, the Council passed a resolution adopting the use of Build-Operate-Transfer in accordance with state code.
