The 2023-2024 Strategic Plan for We Are Lt focuses on five key goals: Student Growth & Achievement, Learning Environment & Supports, High-Quality, Diverse Staff, Family & Community Partnerships, and Resource Effectiveness & Efficiencies. Specific initiatives include curriculum review, increasing representation in AP courses, refining course placement, improving assessment and feedback processes, enhancing student supports through data-driven practices and trauma-informed approaches, improving school safety and attendance, creating a supportive learning environment through co-teaching and support for English learners and students with 504 plans, launching a post-secondary platform, improving technology infrastructure, upgrading facilities, and enhancing communication and collaboration with families and the community. The plan also addresses staff development, diversity and inclusion, and resource allocation to maximize educational success for all students.
