This Comprehensive School Improvement Plan (CSIP) is developed to support student achievement and growth, and to eliminate achievement gaps among various student groups. The plan includes targets, strategies, and activities focused on several key areas: reducing achievement gaps for special education students in reading and mathematics, increasing overall student proficiency in reading and mathematics, demonstrating continuous improvement in science, social studies, and writing, and strengthening a positive, safe, and supportive school climate by building staff capacity in proactive behavior supports and social-emotional learning.
