During the superintendent search discussion, the board discussed the role of the Envisioning Committee, established protocols for communication with search firms, and addressed the process for drafting a vision statement. Regarding succession planning, the board reviewed various staffing changes and vacancies, including plans for chief-level roles and the potential for contracting professional services, as well as the need for public relations assistance during the search process.
