Ohio Tax Credit Authority Meeting Minutes
The Authority approved multiple new job creation tax credits for various companies, including FIS Management Services, LLC, Mitsubishi Electric US, Inc., Pittsburgh Glass Works, LLC, MMY US Inc., and Flexjet, LLC. Additionally, the Authority addressed other business items involving updates to grantee names, adjustments to tax credit percentage rates for several entities, and modifications to terms and reporting requirements for numerous other companies. The Authority also took action to terminate an agreement with BDO USA, LLP due to failure to maintain operations, including a 50% clawback of credits, and canceled tax credit agreements for ECS Tuning, LLC, Ardent Technologies, Inc., Surati OH LLC, Dorel Home Furnishings, Inc., and Cold Jet, LLC without required refunds.
