King's College Strategic Plan 2021-2024

The 2021-2024 Strategic Plan: A Community of Hope for King's College focuses on seven key priorities to advance its mission of educating students not only how to make a living but how to live. The plan addresses challenges such as the post-pandemic transition, changing demographics, and evolving societal expectations. Key areas of focus include cultivating student academic success through enhanced support systems and targeted interventions; optimizing recruitment and enrollment through data-driven strategies and effective messaging; maintaining robust program development by expanding graduate and undergraduate offerings, including online programs and pursuing accreditations; enhancing teaching and mentoring through student-centered pedagogy and high-impact learning experiences; creating a more robust student experience through dedicated community spaces, dynamic activities, and mentorship programs; strengthening the collaborative spirit through committees focused on diversity, equity, inclusion, and leadership; and securing the College's financial future through operational alignment, a campus master plan, a comprehensive campaign, and entrepreneurial endeavors.
