Trocaire College Strategic Plan 2020-2023

The 2020-2023 Strategic Plan for Trocaire College prioritizes student success as its highest-level desired outcome. This includes enhancing support services to meet learners' academic, personal, and professional needs. Four strategic goal areas are identified: excellence (best in class), market agility, revenue diversification, and community presence and visibility. The plan aims to achieve student success by improving recruitment, support, retention, teaching, and training while remaining competitive and relevant.
