The board approved bills and the Treasurer's Report. Wage increases for secretaries and FMLA for an employee were approved. Milk and bread rollover bids for the upcoming school year were approved, and the board opted out of the state's college and career pathway endorsement framework. Employment Overloads were approved for multiple individuals. Additionally, the board reviewed and approved the June PRESS policies. New teachers and coaches were employed for the 2025/2026 school year, and the resignation of a teacher was accepted. Finally, the employment of an Athletic Director was approved.

The Board covered a variety of topics, including a modification of School Code waiver, employment of multiple staff members in different positions (such as Substitute Food Service worker, Paraprofessionals, Building and Grounds Director, SIS Coordinator, and Food Service worker), and resolutions authorizing a Notice of Honorable Release for Library Aides and Part-Time Variable Hour Food Service Workers. Additionally, the board approved contracts for both certified and non-certified staff, coaching positions, a resolution authorizing the Non-Renewal of a First Year Probationary Teacher, FMLA requests, the termination of a food service employee, IHSA membership renewal, and the Calendar for the 2025-2026 School year.

The board meeting covered several key employment decisions, including the approval of Bianca Campos and Taelyn Marshall as paraprofessionals, and Paul Wilson as a 5th-grade girls' basketball coach. The board also accepted the resignations of Dennis Schwab (Assistant Principal), Abby Finley (Paraprofessional), and Gabriele Nighswonger (Paraprofessional). In addition, the board approved bills totaling $2,175,749.86.

A new ventilation system presentation and health services updates were also scheduled.
