Michigan's Top 10 Strategic Education Plan outlines eight statewide educational goals designed to positively impact over 1.4 million schoolchildren by fostering collaboration among stakeholders towards common educational objectives. The plan focuses on expanding early childhood learning, improving early literacy, enhancing the health, safety, and wellness of learners, and broadening secondary education opportunities. It also aims to increase high school graduation rates, boost post-secondary credential attainment among adults, address teacher shortages, and ensure adequate and equitable school funding to advance Michigan's educational progress.
