Key components include universal screening for foundational reading skills and dyslexia characteristics in grades K-12, data-driven decision making for interventions, parent notification and involvement, the utilization of evidence-based Tier 1 curricula and intervention resources, management of Literacy Aid Funds, and a comprehensive professional development plan for educators.
