Board of Garfield County Commissioners Regular Meeting
The Board reviewed the Road Superintendent's maintenance report regarding road repairs and equipment status. Approval was granted for the WCIF Master Application for ancillary benefits. The Board discussed the future replacement of a camera system switch and approved a budget increase for the Sheriff's department for testing and hiring expenses. Negotiations were initiated regarding the Employees Group request for wage and benefit adjustments. Additional discussions covered the procurement of a new postage machine, notices regarding fiber line installation and wind turbine studies, and a financial review regarding investments and tax revenue collections. Various voucher payments were approved.
