Board of Selectmen of the Town of North Brookfield Meeting Minutes
The board approved payroll and various financial warrants. Discussions regarding Holden Hospital funds from SWAN Associates resulted in a decision to coordinate usage across departments. The Fire Department received approval for various spending requests. The board formalized four channels for town communication, including CodeRed, the website, town sign, and Facebook, and approved the inclusion of the Water Department in the CodeRed system. Several Chapter 90 paving projects were approved, including an amended budget for the Gilbert Street to Spring Street project and a new project for Gilbert to Spring Pole 2. Additionally, the board authorized the use of the Fire Department parking lot for Highway Department materials, approved FY27 appointments, and accepted a donation from Bob's Discount Furniture.
