The Board approved a wide range of agreements and contracts, including budget amendments for health funding, maintenance service contracts for election equipment, elevator inspections, DNA collection services, and school health services. Additionally, the Board authorized contract amendments for various agencies and recycling services, approved an outreach plan for energy programs, and supported a grant application for AED equipment. Furthermore, the Board appointed a voting delegate for an upcoming conference, authorized the payment of specific prior-year invoices, scheduled public hearings regarding zoning map amendments and reappraisal values, and passed a resolution to name a bridge.

The board discussed various administrative and operational items, including manager's reports, fund transfers, and contract updates. Additionally, they identified several board vacancies, including positions for the Board of Adjustment, the Planning Board, and the Joint Adult Care Home and Nursing Home Community Advisory Committee. The agenda also included calendar notes regarding upcoming special and joint meetings, along with time set aside for commissioner comments.
