Operations discussed the Beaver substation, storm damage, and corroded hot legs. Public Relations provided an update on community grants and the green power program. Customer Services discussed write-offs and the Operations Center project. Engineering reported on the property swap, PUC and LUBA cases, and pole attachment inspections. Finance presented the First Reading of Ordinance 1-19 and Resolution No 19-01-01, discussing revenue bonds and reimbursement authorization. Human Resources announced Terri Filosi's retirement, and Information Technology discussed board member iPad usage and training. The board also discussed surplus vehicle donations, the Hampton transformer oil replacement bid, and the Wilson Substation gate and fence repair.
