The board held a special meeting to conduct a closed session concerning personnel matters, including the appointment, employment, compensation, and discipline of staff, as well as contractual and legal considerations. Upon resuming the open session, the board took action regarding closed session matters by approving the contract for Bill Capps as the Griggsville-Perry Superintendent, subject to licensure requirements.
