Strategic Initiatives 2021-2025

The 2021-2025 Strategic Initiatives for the Seminary focus on five key areas: Voice, Reach, Diversity, Vitality, and Excellence. The plan aims to strengthen the Seminary's voice in evangelicalism, expand its reach through various communication platforms, increase diversity among students, faculty, and staff, enhance financial stability and resourcefulness, and achieve excellence in teaching, scholarship, and formation. Specific strategies include sharpening communication, expanding accessibility and innovative programming, increasing partnerships, developing relevant degree programs, improving student retention, enhancing campus infrastructure, and improving faculty development and training. The plan aims to achieve annual growth in student enrollment, financial resources, and overall institutional impact by 2025.
