The meeting focused on the agenda review for upcoming sessions, specifically addressing the fiscal year 27 budget and the establishment of the municipal millage rate. Discussions also covered the management of fund balance reserves and the appropriation of excess funds for one-time capital projects. Ultimately, the commission reached a consensus to proceed with the proposed millage rate.
