BoardMiddletown Borough Council Meeting Minutes
The council conducted interviews for a council vacancy and tabled the appointment and reorganization. The council adopted ordinances related to short-term rental regulations and licensing requirements. Policies were adopted for the Co-Sponsorship of Dauphin County Gaming Grants. Special event requests were approved, including use of Hoffer Park for a Fall Festival and Halloween Parade. Contracts and purchases were authorized, including GDS Associates for energy procurement, traffic signal painting, Emaus Street pole decorations, and a hot box purchase. The council approved reimbursements to the Fire Department for a feasibility study, authorized an intergovernmental agreement for salt brine, and accepted a bid for a microsurfacing project.
