Additionally, the Board discussed long-term financial planning, identifying capital funding sources and projecting budgets for maintenance and future renovation projects over the next five years.

This strategic plan serves as a roadmap to enhance educational outcomes, outlining clear goals, strategies, and actionable steps. It focuses on three strategic priorities: Resources (Finances, Staffing, Facilities), Belonging (Community Engagement, Relationships, Student and Staff Well-Being, Collaborative Climate and Culture), and Academic Excellence (Attendance and Engagement, Curriculum and Evidence-Based Instruction, Academic Achievement and Growth, College and Career Readiness).
