Mount Saint Mary College Strategic Plan 2020-2025
The 2020-2025 Strategic Plan for Mount Saint Mary College focuses on five key areas: service and community engagement, student success, diversity, equity, and inclusion, communication, and innovation and quality. The plan aims to enhance the college's role as a leader in community service-focused higher education by expanding service-learning opportunities and partnering with community organizations. It also prioritizes creating student-centered experiences, fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion, improving communication and collaboration across campus, and maintaining and developing competitive academic programs while optimizing financial sustainability and promoting environmental stewardship. The plan was developed through a collaborative process involving over 1,500 stakeholders.
