The resolution addresses the assignment of a lease for patented mining claims in the Governor Basin area from Silver Star Resources, LLC to Fortune Revenue Silver Mines, Inc. The Board approved the assignment, transferring all obligations and rights under the lease to Fortune Revenue Silver Mines, Inc., while maintaining all other terms and conditions of the original lease.
