Conditions were set regarding the overflow queuing plan, required improvements to Old County Road 87 borne by the developer, architectural changes to the parapet wall coping color, and compliance with an arborist report. Use permit conditions specified no alcohol sales via drive-thru, delivery time restrictions, and required high-efficiency kitchen ventilation to control odors. Staff recommended approval for the development and accompanying use permit.
