This document outlines a research-informed plan to strengthen instruction, build student confidence, and drive meaningful growth across grades 7-12, primarily to improve PSSA performance and student outcomes. The plan is based on seven interconnected strategies: Student Ownership & Goal Setting, Targeted Instruction & Tutoring, Instructional Alignment (K-6), Professional Support & Capacity Building, Optimized Testing Conditions, Testing Readiness & Skills Reinforcement, and Positive School-Wide Culture. The anticipated outcomes include increased student engagement, stronger instructional alignment, improved proficiency and growth, and a more supportive testing environment.
