Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas Strategy
This strategy, titled "Advancing Digital Inclusion Together," is launched by the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas to address the digital divide, identified as a significant barrier to economic opportunity and upward mobility. The initiative is structured around three core components: implementing demonstration projects in diverse communities to enhance local leadership capacity and develop tailored digital inclusion strategies; disseminating lessons and data derived from these projects to other communities and policymakers; and conducting research on the digital divide's impact on human capital development and economic inclusion. The overarching goal is to foster inclusive economic growth by ensuring access to essential digital services and skills for all.
