Hopewell Valley Regional Board of Education Regular Meeting
The board accepted the 2012-2013 annual audit and approved the associated corrective action plan. Presentations were given regarding the annual district achievement report and a recent student trip. Financial actions included approval of the bills list, budget transfers, adjustments, and a capital reserve withdrawal for a chiller replacement project at Timberlane Middle School. The board reviewed and approved various personnel actions, including appointments, salary adjustments, and leaves of absence. Additional approvals were granted for student placements, professional services, student teacher placements, curriculum updates, field trips, and a donation. Routine items such as fire and safety drills, enrollment reports, and HIB reports were accepted, and board calendars for upcoming months were approved.
