This Comprehensive Literacy Plan aims to prepare every student to contribute to society in a meaningful way by fostering a love of learning and ensuring literacy development. The plan addresses six essential elements: leadership, instruction, intervention, standards, assessment and evaluation, professional development, and family and community engagement. Its core objective is to establish an organization capable of sustaining high levels of literacy and learning for current and future students.
