The Normandale Strategic Framework outlines three main goals: achieving racial equity in educational outcomes by 2025, achieving a 50% or higher associate degree completion or baccalaureate transfer rate for degree-seeking students by 2030, and fostering a culturally responsive and service-oriented campus culture. Seven key strategies support these goals, focusing on holistic student support, improved teaching and learning methods, equitable hiring and employee engagement, comprehensive professional development, equitable campus spaces, improved policies and procedures, and data-driven systemic change. The framework's effectiveness will be assessed in Fall 2025, with a new strategic plan anticipated for launch in Fall 2026.
