It also adopted resolutions approving the Measure M2 Expenditure Report, relating to the classification, compensation, and terms of employment for various employee groups, and revising the Personnel Policies and Procedures Manual. The Local Emergency Proclamation was affirmed, and the award and execution of the construction services agreement for the Lemon and Imperial Highway Emergency Storm Drain Repair Project was ratified. The 2026 City Council regular meeting schedule was approved, and claims for damages were denied.

The Yorba Linda City Council recognized Handel's Homemade Ice Cream as the City's Business of the Quarter.
