The 2024-2027 strategic plan, titled "In Common Cause", focuses on seven key pillars identified by the campus community to ensure the college's future success. It aims to educate, inspire, and prepare students for a life of service and success by providing robust student support systems, expanding networks and partnerships, engaging in new international programs, and delivering high-impact academic experiences. Key goals include enhancing morale, boosting enrollment, increasing retention, infusing Quaker core values, and securing new revenue streams. A project management team will track KPIs and communicate progress to the community.
