The proposed corporate and special purpose property taxes to be levied for 2025 are \$3,447,000.00, a 10.21% increase over 2024. Estimated property taxes for debt service and public building commission leases for 2025 are \$243,855.00, a 2.49% decrease from 2024. The total estimated property taxes to be levied for 2025 are \$3,690,855.00, representing a 9.37% increase over 2024.
