The City Council hearing discussed additional correspondence regarding the Dixon General Plan 2040 and its associated Final Environmental Impact Report (FEIR). The General Plan is a comprehensive update of the existing plan that incorporates changes to the policy framework and land use designations intended to guide development and conservation through 2040 and to comply with new State regulations.
