The committee reviewed project updates, including signage and HVAC boiler replacement requests for the Senior Center, driveway and glass warranty issues at the North Branford Police Department, budget limitations for the North Branford High School storage building, and the status of the high school green roof. Several change orders regarding electrical and mechanical work at the Edward Smith Library project were discussed, with most being tabled for further documentation and cost justification. Additionally, the committee processed contractor invoices for the Edward Smith Library and North Branford High School projects, including a request to increase a purchase order for architectural services.

The board discussed a state-level budget adjustment and its impact on ECS funding, as well as town projects including the America 250 initiative, energy market volatility, and public works road improvements.
