Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc Regular Council Session Minutes
The council meeting addressed several municipal matters, including the acceptance of a petition for new drainage works and the referral of a major drain improvement request. Multiple public meetings were held to consider zoning by-law amendments for properties on Oriole Drive, Oak Avenue, and Adair Boulevard, all of which were successfully concluded and/or approved. The council approved a temporary noise permit for a local festival, received departmental reports regarding CCTV and manhole inspections, and appointed members to the Joint Audit Compliance Committee for upcoming municipal elections. Additionally, the council authorized subdivision agreement amendments and releases for the Fieldcrest development, awarded a contract for engineering services for sewage pumping station compliance upgrades, and authorized a shared service agreement with the Middlesex Centre Fire Department.
