Agralite Electric Cooperative Board of Directors Board Meeting Minutes
The board meeting covered several operational and administrative topics. Departmental reports included updates from Member Services regarding load control, new staff hiring, and Battery Energy Storage. The Finance department discussed margins, the Key Ratio Trend Analysis, the Form 990 Tax Return approval, mileage reimbursement rate updates, and revisions to the Paid Family & Medical Leave policy.
