The meeting included recognition of students and employees of the month from Coppenville and Dolphin Junior High. Discussions included the qualities and contributions of the recognized individuals, such as Kaylee Hendricks, Kim Pike, Justin McFersonson, Reginald Coach Peterson, Carlen Sessions, and Ace Williams.

The Enterprise City Schools board meeting included recognition of the student and employees of the month for October from Rucker Boulevard Elementary, and a special music presentation by Hillcrest choir students. The board reviewed September 2025 financial reports. A revision to ECS Board Policy 4.2.4 was presented, pertaining to tobacco and electronic cigarettes. A bid recommendation from Mitchell Nissan for the purchase of 2 vehicles for general Central Office use was approved. The board reviewed a child nutrition program quote from Singer H & R, and a maintenance related quote from Miller Alarm for the access control system at Dauphin Jr High. Several technology quotes were presented as one consent agenda item. In-state and out of state trip requests were presented as one school related consent agenda item for review. The board reviewed personnel items including retirements, resignations, employment, and athletic and non-athletic supplements. Superintendent provided construction related updates on projects in progress and mentioned the end of volleyball and flag football seasons.

Additionally, technology quotes and school-related trip requests were approved as consent agenda items, along with personnel action items. Updates were provided on volleyball and flag football teams, as well as construction projects, including the indoor facility and the playground at Heron Creek.

The Enterprise City Board of Education held a regular board meeting. The board recognized the student and employees of the month for September. The board reviewed financial reports. A preview of revision to ECS Board Policy 4.2.4 was requested pertaining to the tobacco and electronic cigarette section. The 2025-2026 History Textbook Adoption Committee was recommended. The Board approved a quote from InCare K12 for the Dauphin Jr High intercom system. The BOE reviewed a quote from TruckWorx for the purchase of 2 new trucks to be used by the Enterprise High band program. A maintenance related quote from Tri-State Fence for fencing at several locations throughout the district was presented. Board members reviewed a technology annual renewal quote from Ed Club for our Keys to Digital Success curriculum. Multiple school related items were presented as one consent agenda item to include in-state and out of state trip requests, school activity requests, athletic schedules, and an inflatable rental request. A transportation quote for the purchase of 6 new school buses from Southland Transportation Group was presented. The board approved all personnel items as presented. The board approved the student expulsion as presented. Updates on several of the ongoing construction projects throughout the system were given.

The Enterprise City Schools held a special called board meeting to discuss and approve a trip request and several personnel action items, including retirements, resignations, employment, and athletic supplements. The superintendent thanked the board members for attending the meeting.
